The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, a minimum of five years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management, and a minimum of five years of experience in reliability engineering.

This position serves as the key internal contact for outbound/storage warehouse support, performs data analysis including daily and monthly reporting using logistics measurement tools, and contributes to warehousing goals.

This position handles a variety of inbound communications from customers via phone and electronic avenues and strengthens and grows the company’s business directly with customers and end users.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in business, a minimum of four years of customer service experience, strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, and a solid foundation of customer service values and principles.
