This position handles 60+ incoming phone calls per day, places orders for new and existing customers, updates auto delivery dates for customer accounts, and cross-sells Nutrisystem products to customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, a minimum of one year of high call volume phone experience and customer facing experience, experience with Microsoft Office, and optimal communication, listening, and problem solving skills.
