Fort Washington's Toll Brothers opened a new senior living community with resort-like amenities in West Windsor, New Jersey.

Fort Washington’s Toll Brothers recently opened the Regency at West Windsor in West Windsor Township, New Jersey, writes Linda Lindner for ROI-NJ.

Regency at West Windsor is an active-adult community for residents 55 years old and above. The low-maintenance townhomes feature modern designs and resort-style amenities.

The community, nestled close to Princeton, has a clubhouse, outdoor pool, and fitness center. The walking trails are replete with benches for residents to take in some birdwatching.

The home designs range in size starting at 2,198 square feet with open floor concepts and options for finished basements. Prices start in the mid $700,000 range.
