Sales Strategy Analyst

This position will perform in-depth data analysis to support the customer development organization in delivering sales presentations or recommendations to achieve goals. This individual will assemble and provide market and competitive data to track business results, to monitor productivity, support new product launches, assess category, customer or shopper trends, and develop recommendations based on the analysis. This role will assess and draw conclusions from shipment, POS, customer, competitive and syndicated business data to identify trends, gaps, competitive threats, ideal assortment SKUs, and sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least one of experience in customer sales or in a consumer products environment. Prior experience with IRI or Nielsen is strongly preferred. He/she must be able to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex-matrix, changing environment.

Associate Director of Quality Assurance

This position will set strategic direction for the McNeil US OTC change control system, ensuring the integrity, consistency, compliance (internal and external), and business value of the process. He/she will lead the company-wide system for Change Control management in accordance with regulatory, J&J, Consumer, and McNeil requirements. The person will ensure appropriate metrics are defined, measured, and monitored to identify trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a science, engineering, or related discipline. He/she will have at least eight years of professional experience in a FDA/GMP regulated environment, and have experience in a quality or compliance related role in a manufacturing environment.

Associate Manager of Clinical Operations

This position will be responsible for leading the operational aspects of J&J Family of Consumer Companies (JJFCC) human use clinical research activities, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. JJFCC conducts human-use testing in areas including oral care, topical health, women’s health, over-the-counter medicinal products, and baby/beauty skincare products.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or other scientific discipline. He/she will have at least six years of direct experience in regulated industry within Clinical Research Operations. Proficiency with GCP and ICH Regulations is required. Experience supporting regulatory submissions is preferred.
