, North America’s largest security company with headquarters in Conshohocken and Santa Ana, has launched Partners in Employment.
This grassroots referral program partners with local organizations to share employment opportunities while at the same time supporting their fundraising initiatives.

The aim of the program is to help with the company’s recruitment drive to hire over 50,000 full-time and part-time employees by the end of this year.
As part of PIE, Allied Universal will work with a number of different organizations, including veterans’ groups, faith-based congregations, senior organizations and institutions of higher education. Organizations that refer their members to the company will receive a $400 contribution for each employee hired.
“Our relationships with our employees, clients and the communities we serve are at the heart of everything we do, each and every day,” said Steve Jones, Allied Universal’s CEO.
“Our PIE program is a win-win because it supports our ambitious hiring goals, while giving community members multi-faceted career paths and helping to support their organizations’ initiatives through our referral program.”
Allied Universal will be holding recruitment drives at over 25 locations nationwide over the next two months with a full list of events here.
