A man has been arrested by Pennsylvania state troopers for cycling on the Schuylkill Expressway in the middle of rush hour traffic, according to a staff report from 6abc.
The incident happened on Friday around 8:30am just west of the on-ramp for the Vine St. Expressway. He was pulled over by the state police west of the Girard Avenue exit, but his reason for cycling there or the charges he may face are still unknown.
