Wyncote’s Globo had another good showing on the Inc. 5000 list that ranks the nation’s fastest growing private companies based on their revenue over the last three years, writes Michelle Caffrey for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Montgomery County translation services and tech company came in at 344th with 1,280 percent revenue growth over the last three years. The company, which was established eight years ago, brought in $9.9 million last year, nearly doubling its revenue of $5.6 million in 2015.

Globo’s CEO, Gene Schriver, is extremely happy with the result despite the fact that Globo dropped over two hundred places from last year.  He sees the drop as proof that the firm is achieving a stable growth level and a predictable future.

“With the growth we’ve experienced over the last three years, plus our size, makes the percentage increase rate year-over-year exponentially harder to achieve,” said Schriver. “The positive for us is that we’ve got particular goals.”

He emphasized that at this time the firm’s main goal is to maintain a healthy debt-to-equity ratio and continue its steady revenue growth.
