This position develops and fosters long-term relationships with borrowers and sources of referrals, mentors and coaches the sales team, and collaborates on staff hiring including sourcing strategies to hiring initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, a minimum of three years of mortgage loan originations experience, a minimum of one year of closed loan production of a minimum of $12 million, and purchase-centric mortgage loan production experience.

Post Closing, Loan Sale Coordinator

This position manages the loan sale process for assigned investors, reviews and audits full credit and closing packages, delivers and ships files electronically to various investors, and clears investor conditions.

The ideal candidate will a minimum of two years of experience with mortgage post closing in a retail, correspondent, or wholesale mortgage banking environment and TRID-familiarity with loan estimates, re-disclosures, and closing disclosures.

Mortgage Underwriter – Retail

This position reviews and evaluates mortgage applications to ensure compliance with established guidelines, analyzes subject properties for marketability, and underwrites and approves a wide variety of mortgage loans.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of mortgage underwriting experience in a retail, correspondent, or wholesale mortgage banking environment and excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
