Mortgage Loan Processor

This position gathers and inputs loan information for processing and underwriting, ensures that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and compliant with company policy and federal regulations, and pre-underwrites applications for completeness.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of retail, correspondent, and/or wholesale mortgage experience, proficiency with submissions to AUS systems like DO, LP, and GUS, and understanding of loan compliance laws.

Trailing Document Clerk

This position identifies GMH investors to prepare for shipping, scans and indexes all incoming final documents into PC Lender, and maintains investor copy retention documentation for data entry purposes.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, effective communications skills, and the ability to work in a detail-oriented, team environment.

Jr. Business Support Analyst

This position maintains legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements across all departments of mortgage.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, a mortgage background, basic understanding of Microsoft Office, and excellent writing and communication skills.

Mortgage Loan Officer – Retail

This position develops and fosters long-term relationships with borrowers and sources of referrals to develop business, advises customers on loan products, and guides borrowers through the application process.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or a minimum of three years of mortgage loan originations experience, a minimum of $12 million in closed loan production in the prior year, and thorough knowledge of mortgage insurer guidelines.
