Hart’s company invests in inner city businesses such as convenience stores and salons. His experience in politics mostly comes from being the College Republican National Committee’s Second Vice-Chairman.

In the release announcing his bid, Hart said that he realizes the tough challenges that are facing Pennsylvania. However, he is ready to step forward and propose solutions that would provide a common sense approaches to business, government, and social issues.

“Joining the race for Governor of Pennsylvania isn’t about politics for me,” he said. “It’s as simple as listening to people and as important as doing everything I can to help all people.”
