Contract Analyst

This position generates and processes all Almac study-specific change order documents, tracks and ensures the execution of all change orders for active studies, and provides monthly support to administration for accounts receivable aging issues.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or the life sciences, one to three years of sales and marketing or clinical research experience, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.

Destruction Technician

This position performs destruction pre-work including quantity estimation, retrieves and verifies lots approved for destruction, wraps and labels each pallet of destruction material, and stages the lots for transportation to destruction.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of relevant work experience, and pharmaceutical, warehouse, data entry, and forklift experience.

Package Designer

This position works with other stakeholders to determine the required design packaging specifications, creates packaging illustrations representing assembly methods, and creates designs and the graphical layout of packaging components.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree, a minimum of two years of design-related experience in consumer or pharmaceutical packaging, and basic understanding of digital photography and editing.

Purchasing Coordinator

This position obtains quotes and negotiates price, delivery, and other terms with suppliers, creates purchase orders in the order management system, and provides regular status updates in the service desk system as requested.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess an associate degree, a minimum of two years of experience in the procurement of goods and services, and experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
