Billing Coordinator

This position will examine customer invoices prior to being sent for accuracy by checking the address, coding, and quote numbers, as well as confirming that all backup information is present and correct. He/she will assist the senior billing coordinators with month-end tasks assigned to help with the closing process. The person will coordinate and analyze the weekly exception reports that are sent to the Business Development Group to be actioned prior to month end closing. The role will also ensure for customers, using a third-party portal, their invoices are uploaded accurately and timely, as well as being accepted by the site.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, and have one year of office/clerical experience in a billing function. He/she should have knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.

Business Development Coordinator

This position will team with multinational pharmaceutical companies to define requirements for packaging of products for clinical trials, while advising clients on technical aspects of clinical trial packaging in order to generate detailed proposals for the client. He/she will perform ongoing maintenance of quoted services to ensure quote accuracy, and will support the external Business Development team by taking responsibility for some tasks on their behalf when workload or travel commitments make this impossible within client deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a business-related field, and have a minimum of two years of experience in a sales-support or customer service role. He/she should have experience in direct contact with clients by telephone and face-face meetings. It is preferred that the person has knowledge of clinical trials and the pharmaceutical industry, the contract packaging industry, or logistics/supply chain management.

Recruiter

This position will manage full life-cycle recruiting process from posting to offer accept for assigned positions, ensuring a smooth process for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires throughout the recruiting process. He/she will source for candidates for tough-to-fill, niche roles, and will ensure compliance with Almac’s policies. The person will attend recruitment functions (job fairs, career days, etc.), and act as liaison with approved outside recruitment sources.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least two years of experience in a recruiting function. He/she should have experience with an applicant tracking system, and have an established path of success in candidate generation, as well as candidate care. The person should have strong candidate assessment skills.
