King of Prussia HVAC Provider Acquires Warminster,’s Baase Company

By

King of Prussia’s Tozour Energy Systems, a key commercial HVAC and building automation provider for the Philadelphia area, has acquired The Baase Company.

Founded 50 years ago, The Baase Company supplies commercial HVAC equipment such as boilers, heat exchangers, pipes and pumps.

It also represents manufacturers of some of the most-recognized HVAC brands in the industry including AERCO, Weil Pump Company, Thrush Company, and Chromalox.

The two private companies, which share a geographical footprint, both do most of their business in Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. The Baase Company also operates in Delaware and will move into Tozour’s headquarters in King of Prussia as a new division.

To support The Baase Company’s manufacturers’ product lines, Tozour Parts & Supplies stores located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey are set to start stocking AERCO boiler parts and other hardware straight away.

The deal is also not expected to create any job cuts and in fact, Tozour has expressed optimism that there will be new job opportunities created as a result of the deal.

“We’re proud to welcome The Baase Company’s team, its partners and its customers, some of whom we already share, to the Tozour Energy Systems family,” said Kevin Duffy, president of Tozour Energy Systems.
