Governor Wolf had some good news for Plymouth Meeting on Thursday as he announced that Accolade will be bringing 250 new jobs to Montgomery County over the next three years, writes Harold Brubaker for Philly.com.
The on-demand healthcare concierge for employers, health plans, and health systems already has 541 employees in Montco, and will be spending $2 million on the upcoming expansion.
According to the governor’s office, state aid that was approved as an incentive for the expansion includes a $500,000 Pennsylvania First grant together with $500,000 in job creation tax credits. These will be distributed after the jobs are added.
