Billing Analyst

This position establishes sales and purchase orders within the company’s financial system, reviews and validates sales order documentation for completeness and accuracy, and generates and distributes client-facing invoices.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, two to four years of relevant experience, and experience with Microsoft Office.

Information Security Associate

This position reviews security contracts, participates in security audits and control testing, conducts security risk assessments and physical security audits, and participates in the development of security guidelines, standards, procedures, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field and a minimum of three years of IT and/or information security experience, including at least one year of audit, risk, or compliance experience equipment.

Post Processing Technician

This position conducts quality checks on scanned images, rescans and inserts corrections as necessary, and resolves problems promptly, accurately, and in such a way as to prevent future problems.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, document prep knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
