This position oversees accounting for the company’s Commonwealth and Wallover legal entities, including full responsibility for the balance sheet, P&L, and internal management reporting. He/she completes analysis, accounting, and special project support for the company’s FluidCare business. The person ensures compliance with US GAAP and internal policies and procedures through audit support.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline. He/she will have a minimum of five to eight years of related accounting/general ledger experience. Manufacturing or product-based business experience is preferred. CPA and/or a master’s degree is preferred.

Human Resources Manager
This position provides practical, consistent, and proactive support, direction, and advice to line leaders on a variety of HR topics, including procedure, policy, best practice, and legislation. He/she oversees and participates in the organization and facilitation of the recruitment process in the US and Canada. The person performs responsibilities relating to training, compensation, promotion, termination, career development, and labor & employee relations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of seven to ten years of generalist HR experience. The person will have employee relations and recruitment experience.

This position manages all aspects of procurement for materials under the company’s FluidCare business and ensures an uninterrupted supply at optimum cost within the policies and guidelines established by management. He/she develops sourcing strategies, consolidates major purchases, and negotiates terms of contracts. The person ensures that the sourcing of products meets customers’ logistical needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field. He/she will have five to seven years of relevant industry experience. Negotiation skills and experience working with global companies are desired.
