Business Systems Analysis Specialist

This position is the primary liaison between the business and IT. He/she will work on large, enterprise-wide initiatives at a program-level, and develop or enhance the Business Analyst Team Strategy, promoting the team and vision to the rest of the corporation. The person will meet with various levels of management to promote consistency of the BA role across the organization, and provide leadership, training, and guidance to business analysts and project managers throughout the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, MIS, or a related field, and have 8-12 years of relevant experience. He/she should have working knowledge of Microsoft application software, and the demonstrated ability to lead program-level business analysis projects, feasibility studies, competitive analysis, and business cases.

Associate Director, Safety

This position will evaluate and respond to client requests for proposal as requested, participate in bid-defense preparation and presentation, and evaluate and determine appropriate Safety resources to assign to project teams as requested for study proposals and study execution. He/she will evaluate staffing requirements and adjust accordingly, and evaluate the program specific requirements and document the required procedures. The person will operationalize the safety aspects of the protocol and/or program, and oversee safety staff and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a healthcare discipline, and have a minimum of five years of experience at increasing levels in Pharmacovigilance. He/she should have comprehensive knowledge of ICH and FDA regulations and guidelines, both clinical and post-marketing. The person should be experienced in management of multiple Safety staff.

Drug Safety Data Manager

This position is responsible for database administration and the generation of Metric, Trending, and Regulatory Reports. He/she will actively participate in the management of the installation, validation, and configuration of the Safety Database, and will assist in the reconciliation process for safety programs. The person will support and educate end users and sponsors, if applicable, and conduct validation activities on project-specific configurations.

The ideal candidate will possess at least an Associate’s Degree, and have five years of Safety Data experience. He/she will have strong computer skills, and experience with configuring Argus programs, creating reports in Argus, or ad-hoc reports. Clinical Research experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
