Client Billing Specialist

This position is responsible for the billing process, specific to all out-of-pocket pass-through expenses billable to customers’ projects in accordance to contractual terms. He/she will verify the accuracy and completeness of out-of-pocket invoicing, and address all customer and internal related inquiries through research and analytical reconciliations. The person will maintain organized, paperless billing folders with all appropriate backup documents and communications for all customer projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related discipline, and have two to four years of experience in accounts receivable billing and/or accounts payable processing. He/she should have experience utilizing accounting data within an ERP system, extracting and formatting ERP data exports and managing organized paperless records. The person should have diplomacy skills to deal effectively and professionally with obstacles that arise with external customers and vendors and with internal stakeholders.

Human Resources Administrator

This position will support the HR Management with HR and Benefits administration to support delivery of HR objectives and through the entire employee lifecycle. He/she will prepare employee communications so that the correct information is included in an easy-to-understand format. The person will input, maintain, and update employee information in the HR database, conducting regular checks to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality is maintained.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related course of study. He/she will have one to two years of experience in an administrative function, and have advanced Excel, Outlook, and Word skills, with the ability to analyze and record data accurately.

Project Coordinator

This position is responsible for project management during the project maintenance and decommissioning phase of a study. He/she may have responsibility for overall management and execution of medium complexity setup projects as defined in Statement of Work. The person will attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements, and will chair client meetings and distributes minutes to all project team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have experience in the clinical trials/pharmaceutical industry. He/she must have solid Microsoft Office Suite experience – Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint. The person must be team-oriented with a “can do” attitude.
