Team Manager – Project Delivery

This position provides supervisory management of one of the company’s delivery teams within the client services organization, is accountable for the successful delivery of projects, meets key milestones, and adheres to good clinical practice, company processes, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or IT, experience in managing teams of up to twelve people in a project based environment, and an understanding of and experience in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical trial process, including regulatory requirements.

Senior Director of Finance

This position manages the company’s global accounting and financial reporting functions, including establishing accounting policies and procedures and ensuring that all transactions related to the general ledger, cash, receivables, payable, and taxes are conducted in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

The ideal candidate will possess an accounting qualification, a minimum of ten years of accounting experience, and experience in the services industry and in private equity managed organizations, preferably with exit process experience.

Senior Sales Operations Analyst

This position develops and implements tools and processes to drive increasing sales through productivity improvement and works in conjunction with the sales management team to ensure that the company’s strategic and commercial goals are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of seven years of experience in or around sales management, a proven and demonstrable strength in analytics and process management, and experience working in a global or international business.
