The Greater Philadelphia YMCA, headquartered in Conshohocken, is an association of 16 YMCA locations that serves more than 160,000 members and 240,000 individuals a year, regardless of age, income, or background.

Director of Shared Revenue Services

This position designs and implements processes to ensure that all membership, childcare, program, and other fee-for-service revenue are properly receipted, deposited, and recorded; supervises the shared revenue services team; and oversees management of all returned bank and credit card drafts.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of seven years of shared services administration experience; experience building a team and managing a minimum of five direct reports; and working knowledge of membership-based business, including experience with Daxko and SalesForce.

Manager of Institutional Advancement

This position supports the management of the corporate and foundation fundraising programs; assists with streamlining efforts in foundation, program, development, and corporate giving; and writes, edits, and gathers attachments for grant proposals for general operating support and program development.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in grant writing and research; thorough knowledge of fundraising concepts and operations; general computer skills as well as professional level experience with Microsoft Office; and experience using fundraising software.

Vice President of Early Learning

This position supervises association child care directors to ensure successful operations; leads the development of brand and marketing differentiation for each program area; leads expansion projects to align with strategic goals; and oversees program evaluation and outcome measurement.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in education, human services, business, or a related discipline; and a minimum of ten years of professional experience in early childhood education, out of school time programs, achievement gap strategies, and educational enrichment.
