Consultant, IT Analysis

This position formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. He/she develops or modifies the most complex information systems, including analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system log difficulties as necessary. The person guides and advises less-experienced analysts, considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management, information systems, business administration, or a related field. He/she should have eight years of experience in related IT professions, including at least four years of experience in IT Analysis. The person should have familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Rational Unified Process (RUP).

Field Consultant, Commercial Casualty

This position promotes and provides “On Your Side” customer service. He/she analyzes, reviews, and adjusts commercial casualty claims predominantly of the most serious and complex nature requiring investigation, property damage evaluation, and negotiations. The person handles suit files to conclusion and oversees the activities of defense counsel. The position is also responsible for the disposition of claims in accordance with prescribed authority.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have eight years of experience in commercial casualty claims handling. He/she should have superior knowledge of best claims practices used to resolve the most severe and complex bodily injury and property commercial claims. The person should also have knowledge of insurance contracts, medical terminology, and legal aspects of court procedures affecting legal liability for all lines of insurance.

Underwriting Director – Commercial Middle Market

This position drives profitable underwriting results through leadership, development, and engagement. He/she directs resources to deliver quality, timely underwriting decisions in support of the business. The person also proactively identifies issues, has ideas, and makes recommendations to profitably grow the business.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have a minimum of 10 years of commercial lines underwriting experience. Middle market experience is preferred. Significant business management and people leadership experience is desired.
