Applications Developer

This position will work with a high-performance team in designing/implementing applications for mobile, web, and in-house systems. This individual will also work with executives, team leaders, end-users, and other developers to design, implement, and maintain systems to support Underwriting, Accounting, Claims, and miscellaneous administrative functions. He/she will maintain and enhance existing computer systems on multiple platforms, including changes to rates, forms, and eligibility.

Specific skills required of the position include ASP/ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Object Oriented Design/Development, VB/VB.NET, Agile/SCRUM, JavaScript/jQuery/jSON, Knockout.js, Angular.js, HTML 5, SQL Server, and SQL/XML, Emerging Microsoft technologies.

Junior Graphic Designer

Strong graphic and web-design skills are only the foundation for this position. If you are passionate about design, are able to interpret customer requirements into abstract concepts within a fast-paced, team environment, you’ll find this role satisfying and a place to grow. Further, if you enjoy running multiple projects, taking initiative to improve processes, and relationships with customers and your teammates, you will quickly excel.

Quality Assurance Tester/Analyst

This position is essential in supporting the productivity of all teams, and ensuring all of USLI’s core business systems work efficiently. He/she is also responsible for a wide range of quality tests and analytics to confirm the functionality, performance, and security of the company’s systems and the flow of data throughout the software. The person will troubleshoot issues reported by users and work with necessary parties to identify/implement a resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five to seven years of experience. He/she should have strong insurance knowledge in at least one of the product areas written by USLI: General Liability, Property, Liquor Liability, or Personal Lines or Professional Lines.
