College Registrar

This position supervises all operations of the Office of Student Records, including registration, course scheduling, and more; reviews the office’s policies and procedures; and provides information to program directors for course scheduling, academic advising, and grading.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and experience working in a registrar’s office; strong management, supervisory, and customer service skills; knowledge of online enrollment and registration processes; and effective time management skills.

Adjunct – Business Management

This position adequately prepares all course materials and lessons; provides engaging and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes in a real-life setting; and identifies and refers at-risk students to specific academic support services and the program director.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in the appropriate field; current industrial, corporate, or new venture experience; college or university teaching experience; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Career and Transfer Advisor

This position meets with students to identify and develop academic and career goals; assists students with looking for employment and transferring to four-year colleges; develops and reviews student and alumni resumes and portfolios; and fosters faculty relationships to increase student engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in counseling or higher education; experience supervising student staff or paraprofessional staff; strong writing, customer service, and interpersonal skills; and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
