Full-Time Staff Accountant
The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth seeks a staff accountant for its headquarters in Audubon, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
General Accounting
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to support financial reporting and decision-making.
- Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Assist in accounts payable/receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist external auditors with documentation and audit requests.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities through data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Billing & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and process accurate invoices for services provided by TLC programs.
- Track payments, monitor aging accounts, and ensure timely collections.
- Follow up on outstanding balances with internal departments, external clients, and funders.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of billing, receipts, adjustments, and financial transactions using accounting software.
- Generate and analyze monthly accounts receivable (AR) aging reports and provide updates to leadership.
- Apply accounting principles to support financial reconciliation, reporting, and audit preparation.
- Process and verify the accuracy of benefit-related invoices and coordinate with payroll for appropriate deductions.
- Support documentation and compliance for year-end audits and financial reviews.
HR Benefits Administration
- Assist in the enrollment, termination, and maintenance of employee benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, life insurance, disability, etc.).
- Serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve claims or coverage issues.
- Educate staff on available benefits and assist during open enrollment periods.
- Maintain up-to-date employee benefit records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
- Process benefit invoices, verify accuracy, and coordinate with payroll for deductions.
- Support HR team with compliance reporting (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, etc.).
Claims & Leave Management
- Process and track short-term disability, long-term disability, FMLA, and other leave claims.
- Communicate with employees, managers, and providers regarding claim status and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state leave laws and internal policies.
- Maintain confidential medical documentation in secure files.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and/or billing/accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefit platforms (e.g., Paycom) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, and employee benefit laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.

School-Based Counselor/Social Worker
The School-based Counselor/ Social Worker in the Coatesville School District provides case management and mental health support services at the school and in the homes of at-risk students, consultation services to school personnel, liaison support to community agencies, and training programs for school and community populations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Services to Students
- Identify students in need of trauma support and provide prevention, screening, referral, and treatment services to students potentially in need of services.
- Provide trauma-informed therapy and counseling interventions (group, individual, and/or family) for at-risk students.
- Provide mentoring and other intervention models to children and their families who have experienced trauma or are at risk of experiencing trauma, including those who are low-income, homeless, in foster care, involved in the criminal justice system, unemployed, experiencing a mental illness or substance abuse disorder, or not enrolled in or at risk of dropping out of an educational institution.
- Provide case management for students and families requiring multiple resources.
- Provide quality trauma support and behavioral health care services.
- Provide home-based services to the families of students who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing trauma, including those who are low-income, homeless, involved in the child welfare system, or involved in the juvenile justice system.
Services to School Personnel
- Assist teachers with behavior management strategies.
- Provide staff with essential information to better understand factors (cultural, societal, economic, familial, health, etc.) affecting a student’s performance and behavior.
- Train school staff on trauma-informed approaches to education to develop safe, stable, and nurturing learning environments that prevent and mitigate the effects of trauma.
Services to Districts
- Provide consultation regarding school law and school policy, including IDEA and Section 504.
- Assist in developing positive behavioral intervention strategies.
- Assist in developing and implementing educational programs, including programs on safety and bullying.
- Develop alternative programs for drop-out, truancy, delinquency, etc.
Services to Parents/Families
- Work with parents to facilitate their support in their children’s school adjustment.
- Alleviate family stress to enable the child to function more effectively in school & community.
- Assist parents in accessing and utilizing school and community resources.
- Work with those problems in a child’s living situation that affect the child’s adjustment in school (home, school, and community).
School-Community Liaison
- Obtain and coordinate community resources to meet students’ needs.
- Provide health services and intervention strategies by coordinating the services provided by eligible applicants and coordinated care organizations, public health entities, nonprofit youth service providers, and community-based organizations.
- Foster and promote communication between the school entity, community, and law enforcement.
- Increase access to quality trauma-informed support services and behavioral health care by linking the community with local trauma support and behavioral health systems.
- Help school districts receive adequate support from social and mental health agencies.
- Advocate for new and improved community/school service to meet the needs of students and families.
- Mobilize family, school, and community resources to enable the child to learn as effectively as possible in his or her educational program.

Behavioral Health Coach
The Behavioral Health Coach at TLC Wellness in Audubon provides structured, goal-oriented coaching to individuals and families across the lifespan. This role focuses on skill development, behavior change, and real-world functioning, while maintaining clear boundaries from clinical therapy services.
The job may offer hybrid/virtual options.
Coaches may work within one or more specialty areas, including executive functioning, parent coaching, emotional regulation, school-related challenges, life transitions, and neurodiversity support.

- Executive functioning (organization, planning, time management).
- ADHD and neurodiversity support.
- Parent coaching and caregiver support.
- School and academic functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Coaching & Skill Development
- Provide 1:1 coaching to children, adolescents, and/or adults based on area of expertise.

Parent & Family Support

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Required: Certification in coaching (ICF or equivalent).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families in behavioral health or educational settings.
- Strength-based, practical, and action-oriented approach.
- Ability to balance support with accountability.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred:
- Experience with neurodiverse populations (ADHD, learning differences, autism).

This position provides coaching and skill-building support, not therapy. Coaches do not diagnose or provide clinical treatment, but may work alongside clinical services to support functional progress.
