Patio Season Is Here: 4 Montco Restaurants to Try

From Conshohocken rooftops to Bala Cynwyd river views, these Montco restaurants offer great outdoor dining this spring.

Outdoor dining is returning across the region as warmer weather draws diners outside, writes Hira Qureshi for The Philadelphia Inquirer

Among the many destinations highlighted in the publication’s roundup are several Montgomery County restaurants that offer scenic spots to enjoy a meal outdoors.

In Conshohocken, the Great American Pub offers a unique rooftop option with its Skytop Garden. The space sits above the popular Fayette Street restaurant and operates weather permitting, giving guests a chance to enjoy casual pub fare with a view of the borough.

Along the Schuylkill River in Bala Cynwyd, The Landing Kitchen features a spacious patio with waterfront views. Operated by chef Nick Elmi, the café-style spot serves coffee, bagels, grain bowls, burgers and other casual favorites.

Ardmore’s Lola’s Garden blends an indoor-outdoor atmosphere with a beer garden feel. The large patio offers shaded seating that’s popular for happy hour or dinner.

Meanwhile in Narberth, Pub of Penn Valley provides a relaxed patio setting where diners can enjoy drinks and comfort classics like fish and chips.

As temperatures rise, these local patios offer plenty of reasons to dine outside.
