Longtime commercial banking executive and Bethlehem resident, Ron Donchez, has joined commercial title company Trusted Land Transfer as its Lehigh Valley Market President, the company announced today.
Donchez will lead the firm’s continued strategic expansion across the region from its new office at the Ben Franklin Technology Partners complex in Bethlehem, further strengthening Trusted Land Transfer’s growing presence in Eastern Pennsylvania’s commercial real estate market.
Donchez brings more than four decades of banking and community leadership experience to the role, having built a strong reputation throughout the Lehigh Valley for his work with commercial clients, developers, bankers, and business leaders. His deep relationships within the regional real estate and financial communities are expected to play a key role in accelerating Trusted Land Transfer’s continued growth among developers, investors, lenders, and brokers.
Trusted Land Transfer’s Executive Chairman Bob Marino emphasized both Donchez’s professional credentials and long-standing personal connection.
“I’ve known and worked with Ron for over 35 years,” Marino said. “We first met as employees at Meridian Bank back in the late 1980s and then more closely at National Penn Bank from the mid-1990s through 2010. Hiring Ron to head our expansion in the Lehigh Valley was a no-brainer.”
Marino added that Donchez is widely recognized as one of the region’s most respected bankers and civic leaders, making him uniquely qualified to help Trusted Land Transfer expand its commercial title services footprint.
Donchez said the opportunity to join Trusted Land Transfer was compelling because of the company’s entrepreneurial culture and growth trajectory.
“Through the leadership of CEO Faith Hammes, Esquire and Executive Chairman Bob Marino, Trusted Land Transfer has built an outstanding reputation for service, expertise, and reliability in the commercial real estate sector,” Donchez said. “I’m excited to help expand that success in the Lehigh Valley and to work with many of the clients and colleagues I’ve known throughout my career.”
The company’s new Bethlehem office at the Ben Franklin Technology Partners complex reflects its long-term commitment to the Lehigh Valley market, where it has already handled numerous commercial transactions in recent years. With Donchez leading the regional office, Trusted Land Transfer plans to deepen relationships with lenders, developers, attorneys, and commercial real estate professionals across Northampton, Lehigh, and surrounding counties.
