Ambler-based Trusted Land Transfer has completed the acquisition of Lawyers Settlement and Abstract, a Pittsburgh title insurance firm, for an undisclosed amount, writes Jeff Blumenthal for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The provider of title and real estate settlement services stated that the deal will support its goal of a 60 percent increase in annual revenue in 2026. The newly acquired company began operating under the Trusted Land Transfer brand this week. This marks the third acquisition by Trusted Land Transfer since CEO Faith Hammes and Chairman Bob Marino reacquired the company in May 2023.
According to Marino, Trusted Land Transfer grew its annual sales from $500,000 in 2022 to over $2.5 million in 2025. He projects the company will achieve $4 million in 2026 by leveraging both acquisitions and internal growth.
He added that the company’s revenue is evenly split between residential and commercial real estate, with some commercial deals reaching $40 million.
“Commercial and residential are both down now, but we’ve done a real good job to grow in the commercial side of the business and continue to focus on that,” said Marino. “The big opportunity is really on the commercial side, doing much larger transactions.”
