Irish soda bread offers a scone-like texture, complete with raisins or currants for a sweet touch. Find the traditional favorite baked fresh alongside other festive baked goods at these three Chester County bakeries this month.

Yori’s Church Street BakeryWest Chester. This beloved West Chester bakery offers homemade Irish soda bread through the holiday. The staple bread is made in-house with caraway seeds and raisins. The shop also offers Irish potatoes, shamrock cookies, and leprechaun cakes perfect for a Saint Patty’s Day gathering.

Sweet Zen BakeryMalvern. Sweet Zen in Malvern will offer soda bread on select days throughout the month, in addition to its typical lineup of delicious cookies, cakes, and other treats. The bakery will post updates on soda bread availability through social media.

Westtown Amish Market—West Chester. Located within the Westtown Amish Market, Beiler’s Bakery offers house-made Irish soda bread alongside its famous donuts and bakery items.
