The National Philanthropic Trust (NPT) is moving to a new Montco location, writes Noah Zucker for BISNOW.
The nonprofit has signed a 40,000-square-foot lease at Three Tower Bridge, located at 2 Ash Street in Conshohocken. The building is owned by Gladstone Commercial Corp, which acquired the 60,000-square-foot property in 2017.
NPT evaluated office options across Center City, Plymouth Meeting, and King of Prussia before choosing Conshohocken. CEO Holly Welch Stubbing cited the borough’s affordability, accessibility, and walkable downtown, along with its mix of nonprofit organizations and financial services firms, as key factors in the decision.
Founded 27 years ago, National Philanthropic Trust currently operates out of 25,000 square feet at 165 Township Line Road in Jenkintown. While the organization has not finalized its move-in timeline, its new lease marks the largest suburban Philadelphia office deal of the most recent quarter, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
The deal also underscores Conshohocken’s continued strength within the Schuylkill Corridor, which outperformed the broader suburban market last year in both absorption and occupancy.
For Montco’s office landscape, it’s another signal that Conshy remains a top destination for high-profile tenants.
