CRC Industries will expand its headquarters by more than 20 percent following the lease of a larger space in Horsham, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
This summer, the chemical specialty products supplier will move from its current headquarters at 800 Enterprise Road, just two miles from the new offices. The current facility spans around 20,000 square feet, while the new lease at 410 Horsham Road has 24,500 square feet of space.
The company’s new lease is in a building owned by PF Horsham Partners, whose leadership includes real estate brokers and co-general partners Steve Perna and Matt Frederick. The landlord will complete a full renovation of the space before the company gets to relocate.
CRC will occupy a portion of the top floor of the two-level building, taking over part of the space from information technology firm HCL, whose lease expires in April.
“They’re moving for the same reason a lot of tenants are eager to make moves,” said CBRE’s Tim Morris, who represented PF Horsham Partners in the lease. “The building is closer and has better access to amenities.”
