Shridatt, owned by the Gandhi family, has acquired the 110-key Executive Residency by Best Western Philadelphia-Willow Grove in Horsham for $11.5 million, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The extended-stay hotel sold on July 15, with a per-key price of $104,545.
Jeet Gandhi, general manager of the hotel, noted that the final price was slightly higher but did not disclose the total cost. In addition to the newly acquired hotel, the Gandhi family also owns a Rodeway Inn and a Super 8 in Scranton.
The Executive Residency at 250 Business Center Drive provides one-bedroom and junior suites with full kitchens, and guests can also enjoy the 24-hour fitness center, laundry facilities, a business center, a sundry shop, and an outdoor patio with a grill and fire pit.
The three-story, 56,640-square-foot building was constructed in 1997 and fully renovated and rebranded in 2024. It previously operated as a Candlewood Suites and later as a Sonesta Simply Suites. According to Gandhi, the family has no plans to change the hotel’s flag again or make additional upgrades after the recent renovation.
