Middle Eastern Fast-Casual Concept, Naya, To Debut in Plymouth Meeting

The Plymouth Meeting Shopping Center is preparing to welcome NAYA, a fast-casual restaurant chain serving Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine.

The Plymouth Meeting Shopping Center is preparing to welcome a new dining option with NAYA, a fast-casual restaurant chain serving Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine, writes Courtney McGinley for WHAT NOW Philadelphia.

The new NAYA location will be opening in the 2,450-square-foot space formerly home to Five Guys.

The restaurant features a build-your-own format for Middle Eastern–inspired bowls, wraps, and salads. Guests can pick a base, such as vermicelli rice, brown rice with lentils, romaine, seasonal greens, or pita, then add a protein choice, such as chicken or beef shawarma, chicken or lamb kebabs, falafel, or roasted cauliflower. Meals can be finished off with unlimited toppings and sauces, including hummus, baba ghanouj, pickled vegetables, and garlic whip. The menu caters to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal diets.

Founded in New York City in 2008 as NAYA Mezze and Grill, NAYA was the vision of owner Hady Kfoury, who was raised in Beirut, Lebanon. Missing the authentic Lebanese flavors of home, he aimed to share those traditional dishes with American diners. The success of the original location led him to launch a fast-casual concept that preserved the same bold and authentic flavors for a wider audience.
