Bryn Mawr’s MP Collective Puts Time and Care Back Into Women’s Health

Bryn Mawr’s MP Collective offers personalized concierge care for menopause and perimenopause, led by longtime OB/GYN Dr. Kim Einhorn.

Bryn Mawr’s Dr. Kim Einhorn is redefining women’s health care with The MP Collective, a concierge practice focused exclusively on menopause and perimenopause, reports The Philadelphia Business Journal.

Just two months into opening her Summit Grove office across from Bryn Mawr Hospital, Einhorn says she’s certain she made the right move and has no plans to return to traditional medicine.

MP Collective operates on a $4,200 annual membership model. The practice provides patients with 90-minute onboarding visits and direct access to their physician. Comprehensive midlife care ranges from hormone therapy and OB/GYN services to screenings, yoga, obesity medicine, and personal training.

With more than 80 members and another 100 women considering joining, Einhorn expects to cap the roster at around 300 to preserve time-intensive, personalized care.

Concierge medicine continues to grow nationwide, fueled by frustrations over limited physician availability and rushed appointments. Industry experts note the model can offer richer care for those who can afford it, even as it raises questions about capacity within traditional systems.

For Einhorn, the shift follows two decades in OB/GYN and mounting strain within corporate medicine. As a solo practitioner, she says she finally has time to treat complex midlife needs the way they deserve.
