Boomi Expands Global Footprint With New Partnership in the Pet Care Sector

Conshohocken-based Boomi powers a major digital overhaul for Australia’s largest pet care company, enhancing personalization and efficiency.

Conshohocken’s Boomi continues to expand its global reach, according to Business Wire.

The company announced that Australia-based Greencross Pet Wellness Company, the nation’s largest pet care network, has adopted the Boomi Enterprise Platform to streamline its digital ecosystem. With more than 6,000 employees and hundreds of retail, veterinary, and grooming locations, GPWC sought a unified system to replace over 150 aging point-to-point connections.

By centralizing its systems through Boomi, GPWC now maintains real-time visibility across operations, from e-commerce to veterinary services. Company leaders say the integration shift has reduced manual oversight and freed teams to focus on higher-value projects.

One of the standout improvements is GPWC’s new digital pet profile platform, which lets customers create customized profiles, receive health reminders, and access tailored product recommendations, powered by Boomi’s data connectivity.

Boomi has also helped the pet care giant standardize its internal development practices. Reusable integration patterns now accelerate new features and ensure scalability across its growing ecosystem of applications.

Looking ahead, GPWC plans to expand its Boomi deployment to support master data management initiatives, structured monitoring, disaster recovery, and enhanced systemwide auditability.

For Boomi, it’s another example of how a Montgomery County tech company is shaping customer experiences around the world.
