Software company Boomi is moving from its Chesterbrook home at 1400 Liberty Ridge Drive to 1 W. Elm St. in Conshohocken after a successful year last year, writes Ryan Mulligan for Philadelphia Business Journal.

Boomi earned a half-billion dollars in revenue last year and the growing company decided it needed new digs.

The 40,600-square-foot office is located in a building owned by Brandywine Realty Trust. The move is expected to take place in early March.

While the new space is about the same size as the current one, the company will be able to take advantage of more collaboration and gathering space and a “neighborhood seating” model.

The building also has other amenities, including a coffee shop, a gaming area, and a gathering space for company events.

Boomi CEO Steve Lucas said, the decision to relocate was “about quality versus quantity.”

He said the Conshohocken property is closer to other software companies and is situated in a prime downtown area between the SEPTA station and the Cencora complex which will make it easier for them to attract and retain talent.
