ACJ reaches more than 325,000 subscribers and social media followers, driving up to 100,000 daily pageviews. Our mission is simple: to celebrate the people, businesses, nonprofits, and schools that shape our region through positive, upbeat community storytelling.
About the Role
The Sales Executive Assistant keeps ACJ’s sales engine running smoothly by supporting the Senior Vice President of Business Development and the sales team.
From managing HubSpot CRM data to preparing proposals, tracking contracts, and coordinating with editorial and design, this role ensures the team can focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing new business.
The Sales Executive Assistant’s Responsibilities include:
- Creating polished proposals
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Researching prospects on LinkedIn and through subscriber data
- Drafting client emails and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating deliverables across teams
- Supporting event sponsorship programs like ACJ’s NextGen Superstars
What It Takes
The ideal candidate has experience supporting sales or marketing teams, proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
A proactive and detail-oriented mindset is key, as is the ability to excel in client-facing situations.
Growth Potential
This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours. While it starts as a support role, ACJ sees it as a launchpad. For the right person, it could evolve into inside sales and eventually a frontline sales career.
