DeLuca Homes’ Proposed 22-Home Subdivision in Horsham Nears Approval

Horsham Township reviewed a proposal for a DeLuca Homes 22-home subdivision planned on 41.56 acres at 1129 and 1131 County Line Road.

The Horsham Township Council recently reviewed a proposal for DeLuca Homes’ new 22-home subdivision that has been planned on 41.56 acres at 1129 and 1131 County Line Road, with a vote scheduled for a July meeting, writes Dino Ciliberti for the Patch.

The single-family homes would be situated between Park Road and Rose Lane. The project would feature a single cul-de-sac street with houses that will line both sides, which would create a quiet residential environment. According to officials, the only access to the development would be from its intersection with County Line Road.

The project will comply with Planning Commission recommendations, said the builder, but some waivers might be required for several technical issues. The street in the community would not be dedicated to the township.

The developer has requested preliminary and final approval from the Horsham Township Council, which then directed the solicitor to prepare the necessary documentation. The project is scheduled for a council vote at the July meeting.
