The Victory Bank celebrated the grand opening of its second full-service branch in Horsham during the week of Jun. 2, marking a major milestone in its continued growth throughout Montgomery County. The event drew a strong community turnout and featured attendance from key county figures, including Montgomery County Commissioner Thomas DiBello.
“The turnout was really good,” said Bill Vitiello, Director of Strategic Relationships, VP at The Victory Bank. “It was positive to see how the public responded to us being there. We were very pleased.”
The new Horsham location represents more than just physical expansion but also a continuation of The Victory Bank’s mission to provide personal, consultative banking in communities where demand is growing.
The decision to open in Horsham was rooted in practical experience: “We’ve always had clients in that market,” explained Vitiello. “About four years ago, we built a commercial loan office there, and since then, there’s been incredible demand for lending and depository services. When we found a spot in close proximity to our loan office, it just made sense.” We are conveniently located on the corner of Blair Mill and Gibraltar Roads.
Like its Limerick headquarters, the Horsham branch offers services with a personal touch. Unlike most other banks, all customers can sit and meet directly with bankers who take time to understand each client’s individual needs. When clients call, the phone is answered by an experienced banker every time.
“That’s really important for us,” Vitiello said. “Customers are not just a transaction. We get to know them and make appropriate recommendations. People walk in and feel like they’ve known us forever.”
The branch includes features such as drive-through banking, a night deposit box for after hours, and on-site safe deposit boxes, ensuring convenience alongside the bank’s signature personalized service.
The Victory Bank has been serving Montgomery County and the surrounding counties for over 17 years and continues to work closely with the Montgomery County Commerce Department.
“Helping economic growth in the county is really important to us,” Vitiello emphasized. “We’ve recently begun building a relationship with the Commerce Department to support their outreach efforts when strong banking partners are needed — and we’re proud to be among them.”
As the bank settles into its newest endeavor in Horsham, the focus remains on growing by providing value to every client, so they feel confident in referring their family, friends, and business associates.
“For now, we’re concentrating on serving the community with both branches,” said Vitiello. “We have no doubt this location will be just as successful as Limerick.”
The Victory Bank is currently hiring for several roles, including a Personal Banker in Horsham, a Senior Commercial Lending Credit Analyst, and a Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Relationship Lender — further evidence of its commitment to strengthening both its team and its ties to the community.
The opening of the bank’s new Horsham branch reflects The Victory Bank’s deepening commitment to Montgomery County and its thoughtful, relationship-based approach to growth. Rather than focusing on transactions, the bank continues to build its presence organically with one connection and one community at a time.
This mission is closely aligned with the work of the Montgomery County Commerce Department, which plays a vital role in supporting local economic development. Through strategic partnerships with businesses, workforce agencies, and financial institutions like The Victory Bank, the department helps drive job growth and connect employers with the resources they need to thrive, ensuring a stronger, more resilient county for all.
