Acclaimed chef Peter Chang is opening a new Szechuan restaurant in King of Prussia on June 26, bringing his award-winning flavors to Montco.

Peter Chang King of Prussia is set to open June 26 in the Henderson Square Shopping Center. This is the latest addition to the ever-growing local food scene.

Chang, a former chef for the Chinese ambassador to the United States, and a James Beard Award finalist, has become a revered figure in American Chinese culinary circles.

His newest venture will spotlight his signature Szechuan dishes, like Dry-Fried Red Pepper Chicken, Chengdu Twice-Cooked Pork Belly, and Osmanthus Honey Pork Ribs.

The menu also includes a thoughtful array of vegan and vegetarian offerings, including Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles with tofu and shredded smoked tofu.

With a growing reputation, Chang’s arrival in King of Prussia is a significant culinary get for Montco. His team promises an experience that blends family-style tradition with refined technique.
