Select Soccer Center Expanding in Horsham with $10M Upgrade

Horsham’s Select Soccer Center is doubling in size with a $10M expansion, bringing league play and year-round competition to the scene.

Soccer’s growing footprint in Montgomery County just got a major boost, writes John George for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Select Soccer Center in Horsham is undergoing a $10 million+ expansion that will more than double its size and bring year-round league play and tournaments to the indoor turf.

Located off Keith Valley Road, the 46,000-square-foot facility is adding an 82,000-square-foot building on a neighboring property, along with expanded parking to clear the way for official league play. The center, founded in 2020 by a group of local soccer dads, is a passion project turned booming business.

General Manager Tristan Preece — a former Philadelphia Fury goalkeeper — says the new space is designed for competition. “We want to run both adult and youth leagues and tournaments. Competitions will be the bread and butter of the space,” he said.

Currently a training hub for local clubs and elite players like Fort Washington’s Deus Stanislaus of the U.S. Under-16 Women’s National Team, Select Soccer also offers camps, classes, and even a second-floor golf simulator.

The upgraded facility, expected to open by November, will host full league play, from 7v7 to 9v9 matches. With a dozen youth clubs within five miles and strong community ties, the expansion solidifies Horsham as a Montco soccer stronghold.
