The Philadelphia region is brimming with exciting activities this holiday season, including several must-see events that are coming up in Montgomery County, writes Gina Lizzo for the Main Line Today.

Oaks Christmas Market, which will take place on December 7 and 8, offers the perfect opportunity to easily find the perfect gift. Held at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, this first-time event will include more than 300 vendors.

On December 7 at Upper Merion Holiday Village in King of Prussia, you get to enjoy live music while simultaneously tackling your holiday shopping. Afterward, warm up by the campfire with some delicious s’mores. This festive event typically draws around 2,000 visitors each year.

Yuletide returns for another magical year, now at its new location, Union League Liberty Hill in Lafayette Hill, after having moved from the Devon Horse Show grounds. Here, you get the chance to enjoy dazzling light displays and hundreds of illuminated Christmas trees, and also take a spin on the carnival rides, snap photos with Santa, glide across the ice rink, and shop with the variety of vendors that have already been booked for the event.
