Morgan Properties Moves Headquarters to Conshohocken

Morgan Properties moves its corporate headquarters to Conshohocken with a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 4th.

Morgan Properties officially moved its headquarters to Conshohocken from King of Prussia, reports Kevin Tierney for More Than the Curve.

The apartment rental agency held a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 4 for their new home at the Millennium Complex along the Schuylkill River.

The move began in 2018 when they purchased the three office buildings on Washington and Ash streets. In 2022, they purchased an undeveloped property between these properties and the river. Two years later, they made the move.

“This new headquarters is more than just a building; it’s a testament to Morgan Properties’ evolution from humble beginnings to an established, best-in-class multifamily owner and operator,” said Mitchell Morgan, founder and CEO of Morgan Properties.

In 1985, the company purchased its first property: Kingswood Apartments and Townhomes in King of Prussia. Today, they are the largest privately-owned multifamily apartment company in the country.

With the new headquarters in Conshohocken, the company plans to employ 200 employees.

Jonathan Morgan, President of Morgan Properties, hopes this big move is a sign of things to come. “The relocation of our headquarters to Conshohocken is a pivotal step in fostering the future growth of our company,” he said.
