Business Development Officer — SBA
This position is responsible for external self-sourcing SBA-government guaranteed loans within the bank’s geographic territory. He/she will identify and solicit new business relationship and interview new and existing loan applicants to gather information relative to their business needs, abilities, and earnings to determine whether loans may be an acceptable risk. The person will also assemble loan packages and assist in the gathering and closing process, as well as cross-sell business products to existing customers and prospect business customers through an organized calling program.
The ideal candidate will possess at least seven years of experience in screening, processing, and booking SBA 504 and SBA 7A loans. Additional lending experience in the area of SBA-related loans is desirable. Financial sales and lending abilities are required, as is in-depth credit and lending knowledge and a thorough understanding of all traditional and non-traditional bank products.

Portfolio Manager IV
This positions ensures all Service Level Agreements, regulatory compliance requirements, and the bank’s credit risk profiles and profitability are monitored and maintained; protects and preserves the integrity of the pooled or individual portfolio while sustaining profitability, accurately accessing/managing risk, and managing the annual review process; and analyzes the most complex portfolio relationships. He/she also prepares financial models and credit memorandums and has extensive knowledge of credit policies with the ability to apply them to a variety of situations.
The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of Business Credit/Commercial Extensive experience with credit policies and procedures. He/she will demonstrate the ability to coach, lead, and motivate and will have strong interpersonal skills and good oral written communication skills. The person must be a Vikar Subject Matter Expert and have a proven history of managing high-volume workflows.

Commercial Relationship Manager
The position will own the client experience for commercial prospects, clients, and centers of influence. Through exceptional relationship-building, qualification, and customization of solutions, he/she will develop, expand, and retain commercial relationships that will enable the team to achieve or exceed its financial and non-financial goals and objectives. The person will ensure that Commercial Banking assets and liabilities are properly accounted for, serviced, and protected from loss or impairment in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, bank policies, and sound banking practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field; five or more years of commercial lending experience; and a proven sales record. He/she will have the ability to identify, engage, and create opportunities in the market, as well as plan, strategize, and target the right industries and create value propositions with impact.
