Win Hospitality is actively seeking a new location for their Azie on Main restaurant, reports Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The Asian fusion restaurant currently open in Villanova will close next month. Their current landlord decided to convert the space into offices.
The current Azie on Main is large enough to cater to special occasions, but they are not committed to size. The owner of the restaurant, Win Hospitality, is exploring all options. “Nothing is off the table,” said Co-CEO Pearl Somboonsong.
Win Hospitality prefers to own the next location but would be willing to lease. They also hope to stay in the Villanova area.
In the meantime, the restaurant group is doing its best to retain Azie on Main’s 45 employees while they wait to reopen. For some, it means moving to one of Win Hospitality’s four other locations.
They have The Blue Elephant restaurant in both Wayne and Pottstown. They also run Mikado Thai Pepper in Ardmore and Teikoku in Newtown Square.
Other Azie on Main employees will move to the chain’s newest concept, Maison Lotus, a French-Vietnamese restaurant opening in January.
