The seven-acre Wooded Hill mansion estate in Gladwyne with a gorgeous castle-like mansion and a golf green has had a price cut of $3 million and is now listed for $10.9 million, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The property is located in a private wooded area. It was originally priced at $13.9 million when it first hit the market almost a year ago.

The main house is huge. It spans 16,500 square feet and features eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The property is also home to a guest house that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Other amenities to be found include a large pool, several stone and brick patios, and a golf green that has three tee boxes.

Additionally, there is a vast open field behind the home, with Mill Creek running along the back edge of the property.

Known as Wooded Hill, the 104-year-old home underwent an extensive three-year renovation and expansion in the late 2000s.

“It’s a very attractive price reduction for an amazing property, there’s nothing like it on the market,” said listing agent Andrea Desy Edrei of Serhant Pennsylvania.
