Newsweek: Radnor’s Airgas Named to America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024

The list of workplaces was created by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group and features large and mid-size companies recognized by their employees for respecting and valuing diversity in the workplace.

Airgas, an Air Liquide company in Radnor, has been chosen as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity in 2024, writes Main Line Times & Suburban.

The list of workplaces was created by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group and features large and mid-size companies recognized by their employees for respecting and valuing diversity in the workplace.

The ranking was based on a survey of over 220,000 individuals, representing over 1.5 million U.S. companies.

Categories of the survey included proactive management of a diverse workforce, work-life balance, company image, working environment, and compensation and benefits.

Stamy Paul, Airgas Senior Vice President of Human Resources, said, “At Airgas, we want our associates to be themselves while becoming their best as part of a team where we embrace who they are, see who they are capable of becoming, and give opportunities to fill their potential along the way.”

As an Air Liquide company, Airgas is a leading U.S. supplier of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, hard goods, and other products.

It is also a larger supplier of safety products, ammonia products, and process chemicals.
