Digital Channel Program Manager

This position leads and manages the digital customer adoption programs for the Total Access and Branch-based (Y0) customer segments, distribution of channel performance reporting, and development of training programs for the digital channel. He/she collaborates with the field teams to develop and document requirements for reporting and training needs. The person will then develop programs to support those needs, working with the required Airgas teams and then facilitating their distribution and rollout.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field, and have three to five years of program management experience, including communications, operations, and project management. He/she must have proven leadership skills and success in navigating and managing people and process, strategies, reporting, and objectives in matrix environment/culture.

Senior Manager, eCommerce Catalog Operations

This position is responsible for ensuring that all product information online is accurate and complete. This role will work with Product Management to devise and manage supplier relationship strategies to gain/ensure compliance. This role will also champion and support suppliers as they move from analog to digital means of supporting content refreshes/updates. Overall, he/she will maintain the health of Airgas.com product offering (images, logos, copy, rich content, category icons, data schemas), leading a team of product data specialists.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree – a Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred – and have at least eight years of merchandising or e-commerce-related experience. He/she will have a strong technological background, and have demonstrated strength in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail.

Senior Manager, eCommerce Merchandising

This position owns the website’s ability to build a customer base, generate sales based on product selection/assortment and presentation strategy, and deliver order conversion and related transactions. He/she will lead a team of site merchandising associates, and will set the vision for site merchandising and use data and analytics to bring rigor to merchandising decisions. The person will develop product selections that will be promoted based on opportunity assessment and targeting criteria guidance provided by the Marketing group.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree – a Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred – and have at least eight years of merchandising or e-commerce-related experience. Website content management systems and e-commerce tools experience (i.e., Hybris, Endeca, Optimizely) is preferred. The person will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior combined with creativity and nimbleness to deal with complexity and to identify potential solutions to improve the customer experience.
