Immaculata University will host an undergraduate nursing information session on Tuesday, Feb. 6, from 6 to 8 PM in Loyola Hall on the university’s campus.

This event, which is for high school students and college transfer students interested in studying nursing, will provide an overview of Immaculata’s nursing program, including clinical experiences and the admissions process. Nursing faculty members will be available to answer questions, and students may take an optional campus tour.

Immaculata University provides an award-winning holistic nursing education, and graduates have a strong track record of success in becoming registered nurses and finding jobs. Immaculata’s nursing students achieved a remarkable 97.92 percent first-time pass rate on the registered nurse licensure exam, or NCLEX, in the 2022-23 academic year, the most recent year for which data is available. The national NCLEX pass rate for 2022-23 is 90.16 percent.

Immaculata’s nursing students have exceeded the national average NCLEX pass rate since 2017 and have also achieved high employment rates. At least 94 percent of Immaculata’s 2023 nursing graduates have jobs.
