Dilworth Paxson LLP has acquired Yorkway Law Group, a trusts and estates boutique firm based in Jenkintown, writes Jeff Blumenthal for Philadelphia Business Journal.

Yorkway is headed by partner Hilary Fuelleborn and includes small offices in Doylestown and Feasterville.

All three locations will join Dilworth’s existing locations in Center City and Harrisburg in Pennsylvania; Cherry Hill, Princeton, and Freehold in New Jersey; Wilmington, Delaware; and New York City.

Fuelleborn and two associates represent wealthy individuals and families with estate planning and administration and will help expand Dilworth Paxson’s reach in that area.

Back in September, Dilworth had added 16 lawyers from Schader Harrison Segal & Lewis to its Philadelphia office, including three trusts and estates lawyers Roy Ross, Roberta Barsotti, and Bruce Rosenfeld.

Now with the addition of the three Yorkway Law Group lawyers, Dilworth has 15 trusts and estates lawyers.

“We had three or four lawyers in that practice full-time before adding Schnader’s trusts and estates practice, which brought in a lot of work,” Dilworth Chairman Lawrence McMichael said.

“And we’re still hiring in Philadelphia in that area. This gives us another three lawyers and a whole bunch more clients on top of that.”
