Skippack Man Wins $1,500 in MediaNews Group ‘Thanks Give-Away’ Subscriber Contest

Skippack’s Vince Cioffo, 70, a subscriber of The Times Herald for over 40 years, has won $1,500 in the “Thanks Give-Away” MediaNews Group subscriber contest, writes John Worthington for Trentonian.
He said he plans on using the money to buy holiday gifts.
“I was surprised because I never win anything,” he said. “I’m not that lucky usually.”
The contest was open to MediaNews Group subscribers aged 18 or older. The winner was randomly selected from the submissions. Contest entry was closed on December 8 at midnight.
